For the first few days we got into the routine of feeding all the animals, including butchering the massive chunks of meat for the cheetahs. For our first activity, we flew in microlight planes, and got a birds’ eye view of lions, buffalo, wildebeest and giraffe.

EARTH HOUR 2012 AT HESC

Saturday the 31st of March saw the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre going all out – not only did we educate people on the importance of saving and protecting endangered animals, but also on the importance of sustainable living.
